Omelette with Tava Paneer Tikka
- eggs - 3
- cheese - 2 slice
- olive oil / butter - 10gm
- paneer - 100gm
- capsicum - 100gm
- onion - 40gm
- tomatoes - 70gm
- salt, italian seasoning, black pepper, chilli flakes, tandoori masala
Beat eggs in bowl.
Heat up oil in pan. Add all spices except tandoori masala.
Add eggs to the pan. Cover the lid and cook.
Before taking it off heat. Add cheese slices and immediately plate it.
Chop up all the veggies and paneer.
Add oil to pan. Let it heat.
Add veggies and add tandoori masala.
Saute for some time. I like to keep veggies crunchy so I don't cook them much.
Serve it with omelette or separately. Garnish with coriander.
