Okra/Bendi/Bendakaya rice

Okra 200 grams (chopped in to small round pieces)
Roasted chana dal 1 tbsp
Dried coconut 1 inch square
Garlic cloves 2
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Rice raw 50 grams
Basic tempering
Salt
Turmeric
Ghee 10 grams

Step-1
To make curry powder dry roast these all ingredients together garlic,chana dal,coconut and grind it into coarse powder and mix red chili powder in to it keep it a side
Step-2
Take a pan add tempering along with ghee and add okra pieces and fry it until lo the okra get cooked well
Step-3
Now add the curry powder to this and sauté until every okra piece get coated with curry powder
Step-4
Now add the cooked rice to this and mix it well on low flame for about 3 minutes and your okra rice is ready to eat 😋
