Ingredients for oil free air fried paneer biryani
- › rice
- › paneer
- › onion
- › curd
- › salt
- › biryani masala
- › cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon
- › chilli
- › ginger garlic paste
Method
1. air fry onion slices for 10 mins at 200degress till crisp
2. mix curd, biryani masala, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,fried onion, paneer and leave it for 10-15 minutes
3. boil rice with cardamom, cinnamon stick, salt till 90 percent done
4. keep aside some rice water, put it in biryani pot, layer it with rice followed by paneer mix, and fried onion and then rice again. add the remaining rice water on top. cover the lid and seal it with dough.
5. preheat air fryer at 200 degrees. place the covered pot and cook on dum at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and then at 150-160 degrees for 10 minutes. leave the pan in for 5 minutes after the fryer is off. ready to serve
