Ingredients for Oaty Omelette (No oil)
- › Egg- 1
- › Egg white - 1
- › Oats - 15gm
- › Dry spices - salt, black pepper powder, red chilly powder
Method
1. Dry roast the oats until it’s light golden brown in a nonstick pan.
2. Beat egg and egg white in a bowl adding salt.
3. Layout the oats evenly and then spread the eggs mixture.
4. Cover the lid for 2 mins and let it cook. Switch off the flame. After that make it stand still for other 2 minutes.
5. Take it in a plate and top with pepper and red chilly powder. Enjoy 😋
