Ingredients for Oats with fruits n nuts
- › Quaker Oats - 60g
- › Banana - 1 (Any fruit)
- › Apple - 1 (Any fruit)
- › Almonds - 5-6 (Any preferred dry fruits)
- › Dates - 4-5
- › Honey/Jaggery
Method
1. Cut the fruits, Nuts
2. Add Oats and Fruits to a bowl/tupperware
3. Add Milk
4. Top it with Dry fruits
5. Add Honey/Jaggery for sweetness
6. Cover it and refrigerate it overnight
7. Enjoy it next day
