- › 25gm oats 2 egg white jeera powder 1 onion 1 carrot salt
1. finely chop onion and carrot,grind the oats,take 2 egg white and put zeera powder and salt. mix every thing well.then pour some mustard oil in a pan n pour the batter in the pan n evenly spread over pan cook for 8 min at medium flame den turn it to the other side and cook for another 5-6 min at low flame
