  • Recipe Ingredients listChocolate whey protein powder 1 scoop
  • Recipe Ingredients listCinnamon powder 1/4th tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listSugar free 2 tablets
  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk of choice 2-3 tbs ( optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listFresh fruit of choice

Direction

Step-1

Boil oats in water till done and mushy and switch off the flame

Step-2

Add cinnamon and sugar free .

Step-3

Cool it down till slightly warm .

Step-4

Make it to running consistency by adding normal water and milk.

Step-5

Add whey powder little by little and mix into a uniform mixture.

Step-6

Add desired fruit and chill in freezer for 5-10 mins.

Step-7

Serve chilled, room temperature, or just warm as per Taste and preference.
