oats whey pudding
- Broken Oats 30 gms
- Chocolate whey protein powder 1 scoop
- Cinnamon powder 1/4th tsp
- Sugar free 2 tablets
- Milk of choice 2-3 tbs ( optional)
- Fresh fruit of choice
Boil oats in water till done and mushy and switch off the flame
Add cinnamon and sugar free .
Cool it down till slightly warm .
Make it to running consistency by adding normal water and milk.
Add whey powder little by little and mix into a uniform mixture.
Add desired fruit and chill in freezer for 5-10 mins.
Serve chilled, room temperature, or just warm as per Taste and preference.
