Ingredients for Oats-Whey Protein Cake
- › Oats- 180 gms
- › Whey protein- 2 scoops (each containing 26gms of protein)
- › Jaggery - 56gms
- › Skim milk- 160ml
- › Olive oil- 15ml
- › Walnut- 20gms
- › Almond- 15gms
- › Baking powder- 1 tsp
- › Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
- › Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp(optional, for flavour)
Method
1. 1. Grind the oats to make a fine powder 2. Mix dry ingredients together - oats , whey protein powder, jaggery, baking powder, baking soda. 3. Once it mixed, add milk, olive oil, vanilla essence to make the batter. 4. Add walnut. 5. Per heat the microwave. 6. Grease the pan with a small amount oil/ghee, pour the batter and almond for garnishing. 7. Bake for 20mins.
