  • Recipe Ingredients list100 grams chopped spinach
  • Recipe Ingredients list30 grams chopped capsicums
  • Recipe Ingredients list5 grams chopped green beans
  • Recipe Ingredients list40-50 grams chopped onion
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listRed chilies powder to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listAmchoor powder to taste

Direction

Step-1

Soak the granulated soya in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and squeeze out excess water out of it

Step-2

Add all ingredients and bind together with hands. Bread and paneer both works as good binding agents. Just ensure your soya doesn’t have too much water left, else the tikkis would not come together nicely

Step-3

Pan fry from all side in a non stick pan with little ghee

Step-4

Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander
