Soya spinach tikki

30 grams soya granulated
40 grams bread (1.5 slice)
50 grams paneer
100 grams chopped spinach
30 grams chopped capsicums
5 grams chopped green beans
40-50 grams chopped onion
Salt to taste
Red chilies powder to taste
Amchoor powder to taste
Chopped green chili (as per taste)
Chopped coriander
Chat masala to taste
7-8 grams ghee

Step-1
Soak the granulated soya in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and squeeze out excess water out of it
Step-2
Add all ingredients and bind together with hands. Bread and paneer both works as good binding agents. Just ensure your soya doesn’t have too much water left, else the tikkis would not come together nicely
Step-3
Pan fry from all side in a non stick pan with little ghee
Step-4
Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander
