Ingredients for Oats soya veggies Chila
- › oats grinded 70gm
- › soya chunks grinded 25gm
- › veggies - 50gm
- › curd 25gm for chilla
- › curd 125gm
- › ghee- 5gm
1. 1) Mix soya and oats with veggies in one bowl 2) Add curd (20-25gm) I have added 25gm and spices. 3)soak for 10 min in very little water. 4) after 10 min add water slowly to avoid lumps. 5) brush pan with little ghee and spread smoothly. 6) cook for 5-10 min on medium flame on both sides.
