  • Recipe Ingredients listoats 35gm soya chunks (grounded) 20gm egg white 2 whole egg 1 onion 1 coriander leaves salt pepper powder 1tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp coconut oil 5ml

Direction

Step-1

step 1: grind desired quantity of oats and soya chunks

Step-2

step 2: add chopped onion and cilantro

Step-3

step 3: add 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg to the grinded mixture

Step-4

step 4: add salt and spice to the mixture if the batter comes very thick can add little water to it

Step-5

step 5: spread the batter in a dosa tawa greased with coconut oil. cook both sides... tasty and filling oats soya omlette is ready
