- 1 scoop vanilla / chocolate whey protein
- 1 cup milk
- 2 roasted walnuts
- 5-6 soaked Almonds
- 1 small Apple
- 1tbp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbp chia seeds
- 1tbp flaxseeds
- 2tbps Rolled oats
Heat a pan and add 2tbps Rolled oats and dry roast for some time.
Take a blender and add all ingredients in it accepts all seeds.
Bled it well and pore into a glass and lastly add all seeds in this.
your breakfast smoothie is ready to drink.
