How to make Oats Roll / Oats Wrap / Oats Frankie

Step-1

1. Grind Oats. Add Chilli powder, turmeric, cumin seed, garam masala/pav bhaji masala, pinch of salt

Step-2

2. Add water to above mixture, to achieve consistency similar to dosa (in between thick and watery)

Step-3

3. Grease pan (pan 1) with ghee and spread the mixture just like we do it for dosa (low flame)

Step-4

4. Cover it with lid & cook for a minute. Now flip & cook for another minute

Step-5

5. Now take another pan (pan 2) add milk and heat it for 30sec, add grated cheese, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, mixed herbs

Step-6

6. Add all the veggies and soaked soya chunks in pan 2, cover it with lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes (low flame, and keep checking and stirring in between)

Step-7

7. Once step 4 & step 6 is completed, Just wrap (like we do it for frankie) that cheesy veggie mixture into Oats frankie.
