1. Mixed veggie( capsicum, corn, carrot, cabbage based on your likes, preferences and macros)
2. Soya chunks ( 30gm)
3. Cheese (40gm)
4. Milk (100ml)
5. Ghee (5gm)
6. Oats (40gm for 2 rolls)
Grind Oats. Add Chilli powder, turmeric, cumin seed, garam masala/pav bhaji masala, pinch of salt
Add water to above mixture, to achieve consistency similar to dosa (in between thick and watery)
Grease pan (pan ) with ghee and spread the mixture just like we do it for dosa (low flame)
Cover it with lid & cook for a minute. Now flip & cook for another minute
Now take another pan (pan ) add milk and heat it for sec, add grated cheese, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, mixed herbs
Add all the veggies and soaked soya chunks in pan , cover it with lid and let it cook for - minutes (low flame, and keep checking and stirring in between)
Once step & step is completed, Just wrap (like we do it for frankie) that cheesy veggie mixture into Oats frankie.
