Rolled oats 1/2 scoop approx 12 grams
whey protein unflavoured 1/2 scoop
cocoa powder 1/4th teaspoon
milk 20ml
baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
essence vanila flavour 1/2 spoon (optional)
cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
dryfruits kaju kismis almonds
sugar 3 teaspoon or stevia 3 sachets
Direction
Step-1
grind the oats in mixer to make powder
Step-2
mix oats powder and whey protein, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well
Step-3
add some milk and essence liquid
Step-4
mix the batter using a spoon and keep stirring in clock wise direction for around 5 times
Step-5
make sure the batter is not too liquid
Step-6
apply some butter to the pot in which you are about to pour this mixture into so that it wont stick after baking
Step-7
pour the mixture in pot
Step-8
add stufffing of dryfruits over it
Step-9
for microwave oven keep this mixture in it for 1 minute. For OTG oven keep this mixture on 180° temp for 3.50 minutes

enjoy the delicious cake
