- 50 gm Rolled Oats
- 7 gm Peanuts
- 75 gm Vegetables (Capsicum - Mushroom)
- 8 gm Green chilly chopped
- Dry Spices ( Chilly powder, Chat Masala)
- 7 gm Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin -mustard seeds
Dry roast the oats in a pan and set aside.
In the same pan take oil. Add in cumin mustard seeds. Wait till they start to crackle add in peanuts and chopped chillies fry for 2-3 mins till chillies turn crisp.
Add in chopped veggies and a little salt. Give a mix and cover with a lid so the veggies leave water and get cooked well. Takes about 4-5 mins.
Now season with spices andd in pre roasted oats and mix well. You can sprinkle a little water to soften the oats if it feels too dry.
Garnish with corriander/ lime juice and serve with some yoghurt.
