  • Recipe Ingredients listVeggies of your choice - 200gm(carrot,potato,bell pepper)
  • Recipe Ingredients list3 gm oil
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 green chilies- slit length wise
  • Recipe Ingredients list40 gm rolled oats- soaked for 5 mins in water
  • Recipe Ingredients listPaneer cubes - 15gm
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 Diced onion
  • Recipe Ingredients listTaste maker of your choice
  • Recipe Ingredients listPepper
  • Recipe Ingredients list1tsp oregano
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt as per taste

Direction

Step-1

Heat a non-stick pan add the oil.

Step-2

Once the oil is hot add the eggs into pan.

Step-3

Let the eggs scramble and cook well.

Step-4

Now, add all your veggies, chilies,paneer cubes and soya granules.

Step-5

Sauté for 2 mins.

Step-6

Let the veggies fry for 3 more mins

Step-7

Now, squeeze the water from soaked oats and add into the pan.

Step-8

Sauté and let it cook for 5 mins.

Step-9

Now add some pepper, oregano and taste maker of your choice(I took schezwan masala as I like spice)

Step-10

Now sprinkle some salt and sauté for 2 mins.

Step-11
