- Oats 25 gm
- Ghee 5 gm
- Chopped onion
- Peas ( 6 to 8 optional)
- Peanut ( optional)
- Green chilly, Hing and Mustard seeds
- Turmeric powder
- Lemon juice
Wash oats nicely n keep it in a strainer to drain extra water.
In a pan saute onion add curry leaves, green chilly, peas,hing, mustard seeds in it.
Once mustard seeds start spluttering add turmeric, oats and salt n cover it for 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice in it and serve
