Ingredients

paneer 200gm

peas 30gm

carrot 20gm

onion 10gm

garlic 5gm

green chillies 5gm

salt

ghee 10gm

water 1 glass

oats 30gm

Method

Step 1

use a non-stick tawa, add the ghee and heat it, then add jeera followed by garlic, chillies & onions in the mentioned order

Step 2

add the vegetables and paneer (grated for creamy gooey texture / cube for grainy texture)

Step 3

add water and salt(as required) and boil it for mins

Step 4

add the oats and boil it on high flame for more minutes

Step 5

garnish with lime / pudina/ coriander

Step 6

I have used thin paneer slices (roasted and crunchy) instead of chips.
