Ingredients for oats overnight porridge !๐
- โบ Rolled Oats:20gms
- โบ Milk : 100ml
- โบ Greek yoghurt /yoghurt : 1-2 tsp
- โบ Sweetner : stevia : as per your taste /within macros
- โบ Watermelon : 100gms
- โบ Chia seeds :2gms
Method
1. STEPS: 1. Milk oats,milk,stevia very full so that oats can soak milk nicely 2. Add a spoon of yoghurt (you can mix or just leave it on top) 3. Keep it in fridge overnight 4. In the morning take out 5.Add watermelon /Fruits of ur choice (Fresh cut) as toppings and enjoy
