Tried this Oats Modak, it may not be high protein Modak but still under 100 calories and nutritious and tasty too...
If you can't adjust it in your macros 😊 ,tried for other family members and you will certainly love it.
You can add choice of dry fruits I have used only Almonds. You can choose any dry fruits of your choice.
The main purpose of soaking dry to add to some moisture.
The reason to add jaggery is to give binding, since milk or water will make it sticky.
And stevia will lead to lot more ghee..
the best bat is jaggery.
