- › Dates 18 g, soaked in water for few hours
- › Oats 15 g, roasted
- › Saffron few strands (optional)
- › Almonds 1, slivered
1. Grind together oats and dates in a mixer.
2. Add this mix to hung curd.
3. Garnish with almond and saffron and refrigerate overnight or 5-6 hours.
4. Serve chilled.
