- Honey flavored oats 36 gms
- Milk 100 ml
- Water 200ml
- Sugar free gold 2 tsp
- Saffron threads 10-12
- Blanched almond flakes for Garnish
Step 1: Place a small sauce pan with 200 ml water and let it come to boil.
Step 2: Add 36gms of honey flavored oats and let it cook for 2 mins.
Step 3: when they are properly cooked and blended well like a paste add 100 ml milk and let in boil for 2 mins in low flame.
Step 4: Once they are like a thick consistency, switch off the gas and add sweetener according to your taste. Garnish it with saffron and almond flakes.
