Ingredients for Oats Idlie
- › 1 cup oats 1 cup curd 1Tbsp corn 1Tbsp pea 1 packet Eno salt ,garam massla
Method
1. Grind oats to powder. In a bowl take oats powder, curd, corn , pea, salted garam massla and mix nicely. Keep it aside for 5 min. Grease the idlie moulds . I am using microwave to make idlies . After 5 min mix 1 packet of Eno with 2Tbsp of water .Add this to the idlie batter. Mix nicely Pour the mixture into the moulds and microwave for 2.5 min . Yummy oats idlies are ready... Enjoy 🙂
