oats-egg omelette for Breakfast
- * Onion-20gm * Chilli- 1-2pcs * 3 whole eggs * Crushed Oats -30gm * Butter/ghee or oil-8gm
* Cut small pcs of onion and chilli(u can add any-other veggies u prefer for eg :-carrot,capsicum etc) * Add eggs and crushed oats with your veggies in a bowl and mix,add salt and pepper according to ur taste.(u can also add desi masalas if u want too,eg:- turmeric,cumin/coriander,red chilly powders) * Heat up the pan on low-medium flame,add butter/ghee/oil,pour the omelette batter, let it cook. * Nom nom..Enjoy Eating with ur sugarfree tea/coffee 😊
NOTE:- For crushed oat,get 30gm of oats and crush them in a mixer,if u dont want them crushed,then u can soak them adding little water and mix them with the omelette batter.
