1cup Powdered oats
half cup semolina
grated beetroot
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp curd
Veggies of your choice (bell peppers/lettuce/onion/tomato)
grated tofu
seasoning of your choice
oil if required

Step-1
Mix oats, semolina, salt and pepper, grated beetroot, curd with water. Consistency shouldn't be too runny or thick. Saute all veggies and add seasoning. Do not overcook, keep them crunchy.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour batter and spread. Cook on a low flame. Once the chilla is perfectly cooked, spread some sauces of choice (I avoid because of preservatives). Add grated tofu and cooked veggies. Garnish with fresh lettuce leaves. Sprinkle some sesame seeds/seasoning or chal masala. Serve it immediately!
