OATS CHEELA (HOMEMADE)
- 1 cup quick cooking oats 1 small chopped onion 1 small tomato chopped 1/2 cup of mixed chopped capsicum 1/2 cup grated paneer 1/2 cup of carrot 1 green chilli - chopped ¼ red chili powder or green chili ¼ teaspoon kitchen king masals ¾ cup water or add as required to make a batter salt as required
Grind oats to make a batter
Mix everything together and whisk to a smooth flowing consistency in the batter without any lumps.
Now heat the pan in low flame, apply some ghee on the pan and spread the batter. Spread lightly and gently so that the cheela does not break. Cook it till 10 min and Enjoy 😊
