- Oats 25gm Spinach 40gm Chopped onion 12gm Chopped tomato 25gm Chopped garlic 3gm Chopped green chillies 5gm Cheese slice 1 Two whole eggs Two egg whites Salt as per taste Ghee 6gm
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl Heat a pan put ghee on it, when ghee gets heated put the mixture on the pan and spread it properly. When it is done from one side flip the cheela cook it from other side, put the cheese slice and fold the cheela from center. Cheela is ready to eat.
