Ingredients for Oats Banana Protein Cake
- › Oats 50g
- › Whey protein (cookie and cream) 1 scoop
- › amul cream 40g
- › Ghee 10g
- › Banana 50g (optional)
- › Whole egg 1
- › stevia (as per taste)
- › baking powder (1 tsp)
- › unsweetened Coco powder
Method
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl first, add cream, egg and banana and make it cake like consistency. in case this is thick, add a little water. Grease the baking tray with Ghee and pour the batter. prehit air fryer for 5 mins at 160. Bake the cake for 10-12 mins at 160 in air fryer. let it cool down and enjoy your cake The picture contains 3 times the quantity mentioned, a meal sorted for my next 3 days :)
