Oats and whey Pancake (SERVE-2)
- Whey protein -1 scoop(30gm)
- Eggs whole-2
- Milk(non fat)-75ml
- vanilla essence-(2-3 drops)
- milk booster syrup of Hersheys (1 table spoon) you can avoid this and instead dust with unsweetened cocoa powder
Beat 2 egss and grind the oats in mixer.
In a big bowl, add beated eggs, oats, whey, milk, vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder(macros not included)
Blend all these ingredients, add stevia or other sweetener and let it settle for 1 to 2 minutes.
In a non-stick pan, pour the batter and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until you get that shiny caramel color..
Garnish it with milk booster syrup or unsweetened cocoa powder.
