  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk(non fat)-75ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listvanilla essence-(2-3 drops)
  • Recipe Ingredients listmilk booster syrup of Hersheys (1 table spoon) you can avoid this and instead dust with unsweetened cocoa powder

Direction

Step-1

Beat 2 egss and grind the oats in mixer.

Step-2

In a big bowl, add beated eggs, oats, whey, milk, vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder(macros not included)

Step-3

Blend all these ingredients, add stevia or other sweetener and let it settle for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step-4

In a non-stick pan, pour the batter and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until you get that shiny caramel color..

Step-5

Garnish it with milk booster syrup or unsweetened cocoa powder.
