Milk(non fat)-75ml
vanilla essence-(2-3 drops)
milk booster syrup of Hersheys (1 table spoon) you can avoid this and instead dust with unsweetened cocoa powder
Beat egss and grind the oats in mixer.
In a big bowl, add beated eggs, oats, whey, milk, vanilla essence and teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder(macros not included)
Blend all these ingredients, add stevia or other sweetener and let it settle for to minutes.
In a non-stick pan, pour the batter and let it cook for to minutes or until you get that shiny caramel color..
Garnish it with milk booster syrup or unsweetened cocoa powder.
