Oats & Semolina Quesadilla
- 25gm Oats
- 25gm Semolina
- 50gm Spinach - Thinly Chopped
- 30gms - Spring Onions - Finely Chopped
- 50gms Yoghurt
- 10gms Olive Oil
- Chilli-Garlic Paste - To Taste
- Salt - To Taste
- Mixed Herbs - To Taste
- Water - Enough to make Batter
- 50gms Mozerella Cheese
- 50gms Onions
- 50gms Tomatoes
- Oregano - To Taste
- Chilli Flakes - To Taste
- 30gms Avocado
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice - To Taste
- Black Pepper Powder - To Taste
Make a pancake like batter with Oats, Semolina, Water, Yoghurt, Spring Onions, Spinach, Chillies, Garlic, Mixed Herbs, Olive Oil & Salt.
Keep aside for about an hour.
Make Pancakes (5inch diameter) of above batter on a non-stick pan. No need of applying oil. Once all made, keep aside.
Now Mix for the filling, Tomatoes, Onions, Oregano, Chilli Flakes & Mozerella.
Put few spoonfuls on half side of pancake and fold in half, then again roast on the pan on slow heat on both sides, till the cheese melts and pancake becomes crispy. Make sure to roast on slow flame so the pancake doesn't burn.
Enjoy with Mashed Avocado lightly seasoned with Salt, Lemon & Black Pepper
