Ingredients for Oats and protien porridge
- › Rolled oats 30 gm
- › Fruits 100 gm
- › Whey protein powder 1 scoop
- › Salt and cardamom powder to taste
Method
1. Boil Rolled oats in water and keep it covered for it to cool. Pour the warm oats over chopped fruit and cut and fold whey powder in it.
