Oats & Paneer Vegetable Porridge Recipe🥗🥗🍲🍲🥘
- oats 100gm
- Paneer 50 gms
- Any veggies
- Oil 10gms
- Salt , Pepper & Spices according to your preference
Cut the vegetables you want to add & saute in a medium flame for 2 mins with oil. (Veggies added here are cabbage, onion, carrot, beetroot, capsicum, cauliflower).
Stir in oats, Paneer & saute it for a minute.
To this mixture add water followed by salt & pepper.
Mix well & cook the mixture for 2 mins.
