Ingredients for Oats & nuts laddoo
- › 15gm peanuts
- › 15gm rolled oats
- › 5gm roasted sesame seeds
- › 2 gm roasted flax seeds
- › 5gm ghee
1. Roast oats for 5 mins and let it cool.
2. Add oats and peanuts in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
3. Take out the mixture in a bowl. Add sesame & flax seeds.
4. Take ghee in hand and mix in small balls. You can store them easily for a week.
