Oats & nuts laddoo
- 15gm peanuts
- 15gm rolled oats
- 5gm roasted sesame seeds
- 2 gm roasted flax seeds
- 5gm ghee
Roast oats for 5 mins and let it cool.
Add oats and peanuts in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
Take out the mixture in a bowl. Add sesame & flax seeds.
Take ghee in hand and mix in small balls. You can store them easily for a week.
