Oats and Daal Chila
- Oats- 50 gm
- Mix daal- 50 gm
- Veggies- 100 gm
- Butter- 10 gm
Blend the oats and daal (after soaking) in a blender to make batter.
Add processed ( very finely chopped) veggies (onion, tomato, red and green bell pepper, scallion, cilantro and carrot) in the batter.
Add salt, cumin powder, ajwain, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder in thr batter.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat the pan and butter it, pour a little batter on the pan and let it cook on both the sides. Repeat until you run out of the batter.
