Ingredients for Oats & Chia seeds Kheer
- › Milk 400 ml
- › Oats 80gms (dry roast for 2 mins on a pan)
- › Chia seeds 10 gms
- › Almonds 5 gms
- › Sugarfree to taste
- › Cardamom powder
- › Saffron (optional - soaked in 1 tsb water)
Method
1. Boil the milk 4-5 times -Add roasted oats & cook for 10 mins on medium flame. -Add cardamom powder, almonds, saffron & cook for another 2 minutes -Take off the flame -Add sugar free & soaked chia seeds and mix it all well -Chill it for about 5-6 hours before serving.
