How to make Oats & Chia seeds Kheer
Step-1
Boil the milk 4-5 times
-Add roasted oats & cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
-Add cardamom powder, almonds, saffron & cook for another 2 minutes
-Take off the flame
-Add sugar free & soaked chia seeds and mix it all well
-Chill it for about 5-6 hours before serving.
