Ingredients for OatMeal
- › Oats - 50gm
- › Chia seeds - 1 tbsp (4 gm)
- › Raisins - 20 gm
- › Almonds - 10 gm
Method
1. Add oats with 300 ml water and cook on medium flame till 3 minutes.
2. Add chia seeds and raisins and cook on low flame for 1 min
3. Serve with almond garnishing You can add stevia/ sugarfree for additional sweetness.
