Ingredients for Oatmeal Upma
- › 45gm rolled oats - sokaed in hot water and strained
- › 2 large eggs
- › 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- › 1/2 inch grated ginger
- › 5gm ghee/butter
- › 1 tsp Garam Masala/ Curry powder
- › 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- › 1/4 onion grated
- › Salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
- › 40gm mixed veg
Method
1. Heat ghee/butter and splutter mustard seeds
2. Add onion and fry till translucent
3. Beat eggs and fry them with onions
4. Add mixed veg and stir till cooked
5. Once done, add in oats, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and pepper.
6. Cook till done
7. Garnish with coriander leaf and hot sauce
