45gm rolled oats - sokaed in hot water and strained
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 inch grated ginger
5gm ghee/butter
1 tsp Garam Masala/ Curry powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 onion grated
Salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
40gm mixed veg
Direction
Step-1
Heat ghee/butter and splutter mustard seeds
Step-2
Add onion and fry till translucent
Step-3
Beat eggs and fry them with onions
Step-4
Add mixed veg and stir till cooked
Step-5
Once done, add in oats, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and pepper.
Step-6
Cook till done
Step-7
Garnish with coriander leaf and hot sauce
