Ingredients for Oatmeal Mug cake
- › Oats:10gms
- › All purpose floor:17gms
- › Whey powder:0.5 scoop
- › Cocoa powder:3gms
- › Desiccated coconut: 1gm for drizzling
- › Ghee:2gms
- › Nutmeg powder:2gms
- › Cinnamon powder:2gms
- › Baking powder:1/4 tsp
- › Milk:50ml
- › Salt as per taste
- › Stevia as per taste
Method
1. Steps: 1. Take out mug 2. Add all purpose floor,salt, stevia,cocoa powder,baking powder,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder,whey powder and oats. 3. Mix well, add ghee,mix well without any lumps 4. Now add milk and whisk well without any lumps 5. Microwave for 15secs check on cake and again microwave for 15 secs 6. Take it out , drizzle some oat flakes and desiccated coconut flakes ,Give it a min to settle and enjoy your breakfast
