4 egg whites 40 gm Oats Salt pepper Onions 2 tbsp skim milk Butter 5 gms

Step-1
Beat together egg whites , oat , salt , pepper n milk .
Heat a pan over low flame put butter . Pour the mixed contents and cover the lid .
Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip the omelette
