Veggies of your choice(I used corn,tomato and onion)
Cumin seeds -1/2 tpspn
Mustard Seeds -1/2 tpspn
Oil-5 gm
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbspn
Salt-1/2 tbspn
)Soak soya chunks for mins in warm water until it gets soft
)Add gm of oil in kadhai
)Once the oil gets hot,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it crackle.
)Add veggies and saute it for seconds.
)Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and saute it for another seconds.
)Add oats and soaked soya chunks in Kadhai and add half cup of water and Let it cook for two minutes.
)Serve the dish and grate cheese over it.
