Nutty Soya peanut butter delight.
- 20 gm soya granules
- half scp whey (chocolate peanut butter flavour)
- 5 gm almonds
- 25 gm grated carrots
- 3 gm ghee
In a non stick pan add ghee..
Add grated carrot and saute for 2-3 mins..
Add soaked soya granules.. and cook for 5 mins Add crushed almonds..
In a bowl mix whey with water like a chocolate sauce consistency..
When the mixed is dry put whey and mix for 1 min.. keep little sauce aside for garnishing..
Now keep the mixture in a bowl ans pressed it nicely.. and keep it in the freezer for 10 mins..
Now plate the mixture as shown in the picture.. and decorate it with whey sauce.. and almond..
Yummy dessert ready to serve..
