Ingredients for Nutty Greens Salad
- › Chana 75gms
- › Carrot 100gms
- › Radish 100gms
- › Sweet corn 20gms
- › Beet root 100gms
- › Peanuts 10gma
- › Almonds 10gms
- › Onion 100gms
- › Ginger 5gms
- › Green chilli 1pc
- › Lemon 1/2 tbsp
- › Salt pinch
- › Chat Masala pinch
- › Garam Masala pinch
Method
1. Soak chana 6 to 8 hours before starting.
2. Boil chana in a vessel/cooker (Do not over cook)
3. Boil peanuts along with Chana
4. Cut almonds into halves
5. Cut all vegetables
6. Mix everything
7. Add lemon, salt, chat masala, any other spices of your choice
8. Enjoy a healthy fiber, vitamin, macro rich fulling snack
9. Ginger is optional. You can add tomato if you want.
