Almond - 140 gms
Pista - 60 gms
Shredded Coconut - 85 gms
Jaggery Powder - 80 gms
Dates - 20 gms
Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp
Oats - 140 gms
Ghee - 15 gms
Direction
Step-1
Roast Almonds and Pista in a hot pan till they become a bit crispy
Step-2
Roast Oats in 10 gms ghee till they turn slightly brown
Step-3
Mix these 3 things and also add all the other raw material except 5 gms remaining ghee. Put everything in a blender and crush.
Step-4
The jaggery sugar and shredded coconut in the mixture will leave oil in the mixer and you will notice that as you keep mixing the mixture turns from absolutely dry to slightly wet.
Step-5
Take the balance ghee and apply it to your palms. Make laddoos using your palms.
