Ingredients for nutricious vegetable idli
- › Defatted soya flour 50gms
- › Oats 40gms (grind it)
- › Suji/ semolina 80gms
- › Curd 100gms
- › Oil 5gms
- › Ginger, capsicum, tomato , onion, salt, green chillies, eno
Method
1. Mix defatted soya flour, oats powder and suji with curd and water till it reaches the idli batter consistency.
2. Add all the veggies of your choice and salt
3. Grease the idli cooker with oil
4. Lastlt add eno to the batter and steam the idlis. Its ready
