How to make nutricious vegetable idli

Step-1

Mix defatted soya flour, oats powder and suji with curd and water till it reaches the idli batter consistency.

Step-2

Add all the veggies of your choice and salt

Grease the idli cooker with oil

Lastlt add eno to the batter and steam the idlis. Its ready
